Portfolio and case studies

We specialize in podcasting. We market like a full-service team.

Podcasts are our signature, but they’re rarely the whole story. Behind every show we produce is the strategy, content, email, social, SEO and publishing work that turns attention into clients. Here’s what that looks like in practice.

What we do

One team for your entire authority engine.

Hire us for one piece or the whole system. Either way, every deliverable is built to connect your expertise to real business results.

Podcast production and launch

Strategy, episode mapping, editing, publishing and distribution for shows that work like business assets.

Podcast guesting and PR

Research, pitching, booking and prep that puts you on the shows your ideal clients already trust.

Video and short-form content

Long-form YouTube episodes and scroll-stopping clips for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and Shorts.

Social media management

Thought leadership posts and consistent publishing that keep you visible between big moments.

SEO articles and website content

Search-ready articles and service pages that help Google and AI assistants understand what you’re known for.

Email marketing and automations

Newsletters and nurture sequences that turn listeners and readers into booked calls.

Websites, funnels and event launches

Websites, lead magnets, ticket and sales pages, plus the text and email communication that keeps buyers and event guests moving.

Personal brand positioning

Signature message, content pillars and positioning that make your expertise easy to recognize and refer.

Books and publishing

Concepting, ghostwriting, editing, design and publishing, including books that reached Amazon’s International Bestsellers list.

How we work with clients

Strategy first. Then we build the machine.

Every engagement follows the same rhythm, whether it’s a single podcast launch or a full marketing program.

01

Discover

We learn your business, your buyers and the outcome that matters most: leads, stages, sales or reach.

02

Position

We sharpen your signature message and choose the few channels that will actually reach your audience.

03

Build

We produce and publish consistently, with you recording and reviewing while we handle the rest.

04

Measure and refine

We report on inquiries, bookings and opportunities, not vanity metrics, and adjust what isn’t working.

Done for you or done with you. Our team becomes an extension of yours either way.

Running the digital backstage for invite-only music experiences

Client: Wildflower Entertainment Group and Backstage Access Presents

The challenge

Backstage Access Presents creates intimate, invite-only experiences for music industry executives, artists and VIP guests in places like Nashville and Napa Valley. Every touchpoint had to feel as premium as the events, and the backend behind invitations, ticketing and guest communication was complex.

What we did

We built the websites, launched each event with its own ticket sales pages and funnels, and ran all text and email communication before and during every event, so guests always knew what was next.

The results

A complex, invite-only system delivered without a hitch, and a client relationship that has lasted across event after event. Guests get a seamless experience from first invite to final encore.
